Well I got the timing belt/water pump/tensioner pulley done today. Old stuff (13 1/2 years old) still looked new! Maybe I should have kept rolling the dice??  Sure was a breeze with the front end off! Waiting for the rest of the parts to arrive in order to complete the reassembly.

Old stuff

New Stuff

Shinny Stuff!!

I'm not a fan of the red, but looks like a good job anyway!

No, you made the right choice not rolling the dice.

^True. I agree EXACTLY with him. Not to slight you or anything with your car's heart, but the red scheme just doesn't look right (but this is coming from someone who loves their Intrepid 100% Stock)

I've been a fan of stock nearly all my career. Lately, I have been liking the mods I've seen 'round here. The red won't jump out at you quite so much after it's all back together.

you guys need to remember this car is now my 17 year old Son's.....he can do as he pleases.

When I was his age I painted some items under the hood of my 1987 Lebaron GT Turbo red and green. The next time I took the car in for service at my Dad's Chrysler Dealer (Sales Manager) the mechanics hooked up Xmas lights in and around the engine compartment and called my Dad and I back for a "consultation" ......they all had some good laughs over my "silly paint"

I hope that should have "to some degree" on it, otherwise you'd find all kinds of art products used on your car, and they'd probably take the wipers off and use them as lightsabers (how my brother and his friend got them off I'll never know)
