Tcm location

Maybe a dumb question but where is the tcm located on an 02 SE. Im doing an autostick install and Im not sure where its located, I know to plug in the wires at pin 5 and pin 44 but not sure where they are.

pics would help if possible.

So im guessing this is the tcm? The others ine seen seem to hane 1 large connecter coming out of it. This one has 4 connecters. A black one two white ones and a green one. Whats next?

i believe the tcm and pcm on the 02's are on unit.. don't quote me on that, but i'm pretty sure.

i know on the 99 i did last night the TCM was under the cruise control thingie.

Like I said i know jack about engines and I have no clue what the cc thingie looks like. so If a pic could be provided it would be a big help

here ya go...
the fist picture is the CC thingie.

those two bolts are connected to the TCM, so that is the TCM. (on my 99 300m) there is a larger computer near there but that is not the TCM. the TCM is the one that the CC thing connects to.

Thats what I thought it was, But mine slightly differint I dont have that black plasic cover and the cc thing is bolted to the radiator cross member. I looked up the part i pulled in the pic i posted and i believe its just the computer as you said but i dont thinkk there was anything else under the cc unit. Ill take another look but im not sure, hers a pic of mine.
