So, I've searched this forum going back 40 pages, and found nothing like this.
Vision fires right up. Drive it around, shut it off, come back a few minutes later, and it won't start. Oh, it cranks over just fine, just no coughing to life. Like it's not getting fuel.
Leave it a few hours, and it'll start back up.
Now, sometimes it will start back up when it's warm, but rarely.
Often times that is caused by a cam or crank sensor. For these cars either sensor is a part that you want to get directly from dodge and not aftermarket.
Had exactly the same problem, turned out to be caused by faulty oxygen sensors. Changed them and it worked like a charm, including more power in the higher rpm range - I guess it didn't get the right fuel/air-ratio to start properly.
hmm well thats really interesting.. that must be a one-off problem just with yours cuz ive got a 93 with almost 300k on it and never replaced any sensors in it ever and it still fires right up great always every day hot or cold. i was gonna vote for FP or CKPS or CPS failing. 93 and 94 are difficult to check run fault codes in since they are that stupid OBD 1.5 and oddball ALDL connector style that wont fit work with any of the code readers scanners. which is why ive never been able to check mine for transmission fault codes. just have to wild guess it and hope its the speed sensors,
