Rough idle only in Drive

Anytime im at a stop light and its in drive and the brake is applied it runs really rough and seems to bog down. If I shift it into neutral it runs perfectly fine.

Im thinking this has something to do with the transmission... any ideas?

idle problem could be vacuum leak, carbon deposits on throttle body, maybe egr valve.

Sounds like it could be a torque converter issue of some sort.

When my lower intake gaskets were bad it would idle fine in park but in gear it would shake like hell.
