DAE know the best way to go about changing engine mounts?

Long story short, I have a '96 Dodge Intrepid that is currently under the weather. Her driver side motor mount is completely busted, and the passenger side isn't that far behind. Any shade tree mechanics out there know the best way to go about the replacement of these puppies?

I changed one. It was not that bad of a deal. I think I just jacked up the engine with a floor jack and a 2x10 to take pressure off the mounts.

Jack the engine up, spread the weight over the whole oil pan (someone on here collapsed theirs because their plank wasn't wide enough), undo the nuts through the engine cradle, might consider using some electrical tape to keep your socket from getting raked off the extension, I lost one inside my cradle that way. Remove the mounts from the engine, put new ones on there, put a hollow tube-like thing up through the holes in the engine cradle and slip them onto the studs on the bottom of the mounts to pilot them into the holes when you lower the engine. Easy easy.
