I'm new! and I have an intrepid with a 3.3L. rough idle

Hey, my name is Ben. We just got my fiance's sister's car, an old intrepid. I noticed right away that it's idle and general operating has a very rough.. "idle" to it.. when accelerating it's barely noticeable but it is still there. There are NO drop-outs (engine stalls or nearly stalls) and I already replaced the Camshaft position sensor since that was one of the codes being sent.
I have not yet checked over the engine to see if it's something simple such as a loose spark plug wire..

I am going to be reading the service manuals that are posted on here (very happy about that)..

Does anyone think it could be the spark coils? I have quickly learned that this car does not have a distributor.. So the coil packs are always a concern especially on an older engine (193,000).

Also: as I replaced the Camshaft position sensor earlier today I reset the ECU/ECM by unplugging the battery for over 10 minutes. All of the codes (except for the battery disconnect code) have disappeared. Before I did this I had codes 21, 51, and 54.. 54 is the camshaft position sensor code. the other two are for O2 sensor and lean fuel mixture... I'm confused as to why they disappeared. The engine has not improved... I ran the engine a long time (drove around)

Replace the plugs and wires and see what happens. It's likely overdue for them anyways.

I will do that if they're not too expensive... hell I'll probably do it anyways since I'm kind of wondering why I can't find the specifications for testing the wires.. if I can test the wires for resistance then I could save myself some cash.. But like I said.. the manuals don't seem to have the information I need to test the wires and coil pack for the specific 3.3L engine models..

Get the cheap Champion plugs. They are the best choice for these engines anyways.

There is a single coil pack on this car and when bad it will usually pull a misfire code.

Dammit. Sorry guys, there were no champions available where I bought them...
I do not have a misfire code.
Actually.. What I have right now is a 12, 21, then it gets confused... the Check Engine light flashes 4 times, then pause, then glows (doesn't flash) for a long time before going off again. Then it flashes 5 more times, pause, then 4 more times... please tell me I'm just confused.. because from what I see is that there is no 55 code... and the last thing I want someone to tell me is that the PCM (ECM?) is bad. Just for reference, BEFORE the check engine light came on again after I did a reset.. the 55 code was there, and the 54 code was gone..
