Wiper Performance Seems Weak

Hello all to this may concern.
My 1995 Dodge Intrepid ES has a wiper problem. The wiper motor seems to be moving at an extremely low pace on HI or LO(Delay range too). I remember when I was still a little tyke, I was(and still am) obsessed with windshield wipers. When my mom and I went for a ride and it was rainy, I remember that I would always scream for "Wipers! Wipers!" until I saw HI speed wipers. Then at every little drop of rain I would scream "HI wipers! HI wipers!" I could remember the wipers being able to move at a pace so fast, during the heavy rain, our wipers were going WAAAYYY faster than anyone elses wipers. Including those that appeared to be on HI. So basically I am asking for any first or second gen owner to post a video of their windshield wipers on each speed setting(including delay) and saying the speed (first delay *5 wipes pass*, second delay *5 wipes pass*,(all through the delays), LO Speed, HI Speed Preferrably, this video is taken with a good quality camera in the REAR SEAT(remove headrests if possible/feels like it) for best results. Thank you for reading this extremely long thread starter for my problem. All of these videos will be going onto my MP4 player for some entertainment(yes I find entertainment in the synchronized motion of Windshield Wipers) on my 2+hrs bus ride back home from school.

I visited the thread, just didn't post.

I'd guess just an old wiper motor - change the motor, wipe happy!

I wouldn't suggest trying to swap in another wiper system like from the Taurus or anything like that.

My bet would be the switch, not the motor. As per my experience a few years ago. Also I think if the motor was bad it would not work at all ok any speed.

No, I'm not making a video of my wipers... That's weird.

The oils and salts produced by your body causes it.

I was going to make a dirty joke about a windshield wiper fetish and oily turn signal stalks but it just seemed to easy.

Wiper motor being weak is a major item. Dave's 94 wiper were lethargic at best on any setting. Swapped in assembly from 96 and Presto! Good as should be.

BUMP! Okay, now we have another problem. the rubber elements are slipping out of the metal blades!

Cean, I need the OEM blades because I have the WIPER mounted washer nozzles. (one of the only "factory flaws" this car has in my book.)

Eagle ESi I will try to get a new motor, but for the fact that I don't have very much funding @ the current moment, I am required to pay for any mods that I want to do all by myself, I might recieve some help on installation, but I have to pay for it myself, which should make it easier next year when I am officially old enough to get a job as a Wal-Mart Greeter!!

There is another brand of blades that fit with the little a-brackets.

I'll have to see if I have a spare set of wiper arms that have the arm mounted sprayers, I think I do... then you can use what ever brand of blades you want. I'm using some kind of mono-bend, mono-element wiper arm, and love it.

I might have a good motor laying around too - I'll have to check.
