Nevermind the concerns about the tint on such a WHITE car lol.
Bought it for $500
The interior is in great shape.
The body is flawless except for a small dent on the top and some scratches to go along with it.
So far I've changed the power steering pump and put a new a/c belt on
Now I have to replace the water pump ($185 with a 20% discount through my job) because of a constant leak.
Thought I'd destroyed the A/C compressor but turns out that I didn't tighten the tensioner enough when I put the belt back on.
173K miles on it but she can do 100 easily.
Excited about the car but I get offers for it daily.
Putting some new bulbs in for the license plate tomorrow.

After all of that, the fun begins...

You better consider a Timing Belt when replacing the Water Pump. If you're not doing both you're wasting your time.

Do you have any history on the Timing belt Replacement? You're at 173K and if it's been done at 100k as recommended then you've got about 27k to go. But with a water pump leak and replacement do the timing belt at the same time and be trouble free for another 100k miles.

Finished it all today! Ended up getting the Water Pump kit for $120. Dropped it off at a friend's shop before work at 11am and he had it ready for me by the time I got off at 9pm. I gave him a little extra because after hearing about everything he had to go through to put it all on, I honestly felt bad for the guy. Anyway, she's over 173,000 miles and going strong with a new water pump with a brand new gasket, a new timing belt, a new hydraulic tensioner, a failsafe thermostat and 2 new radiator hoses.
