yes car starts and runs perfect, but the guages and A/C & Heater not
at first it was runing than not than run than not,on and of by it self does not meter if I drive or stand still .
so the broken wire is not the cause
I have the top one but I tried to replace it with Intrepid one and still nothing.
I perform the cluster test and it works fine but when the test finishes all guages go to zero exc fuel guage

I suggest something in the wiring related to the C1 connector for the BCM. I can't help you any further. Maybe someone else has an idea.
It's possible the wiring for one of the modules connected to the C1 connector is causing a problem with the PCI Bus bus and bringing it all down. Maybe disconnect those modules one at a time and see if the rest comes up?
And take a close look at the OBD connector. There have been instances where the shell had broken and some pins shorted out. Did someone try to connect to the OBD and this all started happening?
Glad to hear you got it figured out and fixed. I know we weren't much help, but some types of problems are just hard to diagnose remotely or without special equipment.
