I have discovered that the driver side radiator fan does not spin, it must be broken. Can I use a radiator fan from a 2.7 liter engine for a 3.2 engine?
Aftermarket actually makes some decent complete fan assemblies (includes both motors, fans, and shrouds in a single assembly) - they work well, last a long time, good prices. If one of your fans is out, the other is probably not far behind.
Ebay is a good source. Not sure if sources in Spain/EU, or what shipping would be if not. One design for all engine applications.
Are the wiring and relays to the fan motor good? Is it getting voltage? Or is the problem mechanical (wobble or worn bearings or other binding)? No use replacing fan assembly if the problem is outside the fan assembly.
The fan is jammed, I can't move the helix with the hand. I also tested both with external car battery, the working one spins up, and the jammed one does not do any attempt of movement at all.
I finally bought NRF branch new whole assembly, for now it is working very good.
