It is held on by christmas tree fasteners...and a couple plastic rivets you will have to drill out in the front fenderwell. That is about it, pretty much drill the rivets out, unsnap it (it will be tight), and snap the new one on...

Ok cool. Are the plastic rivers a dealer only item? I assume they Tuck under the front fender and rear quarter panel, correct?

A good body supplies place will have them. NAPA carries them too last I knew. You can get them at the dealer too, they are 3-4$ each...there are only 2, at NAPA or a body supply place, you may have to buy 10 or more...price will be less, but if you have no use for the rest, might as well get them at the dealer. The rivets go thru the rocker panel and splash shield at the back of the front wheel well. Doesnt really tuck under the fender, more or less snaps onto the bottom of it.

Just plastic rivets. You'll need the size, so take one of the old ones with you. Same if you need the christmas trees.
