How to remove the Oil pan ?

I am interested in removing the Oil pan on my car.(2.7 L- Intrepid)
I have already down loaded the factory service manual.
I also have a Haynes manual.

Any tricks and easy steps to remove the Oil pan?

Appears to be very difficult, particularly with the "Stabilizing bar" moving/removal.

appreciate your suggestions...

DO NOT forget about the bolts that attach the oil pan to the timing cover!!!! They're a little difficult to get to... Other than that, it's pretty straight forward. Follow the FSM instructions and torque procedures when you put it back together!
