You remember the size of wheels on that Shadow? for 14" rotors and big calipers you're looking at 18" to 19" wheels minimum, another rare thing back then.

BTW, here're some info I found on Allpar about the CSX:

K-car brake upgrade

Things to note: The CSX has 15 inch wheels, 14 inch rotors would not even come close to being able to fit in there.

The brakes page list the brake size as 260mm, which is only 10 and 1/4 inches.

Hey RJ, anyway you can take some pics of the brake cooling ducting on your car or do you know where I can find pics of it?

My Bad its been bout 5 years sinc eive been into those cars so my memory is not good

Don't have my digital camera with me, nor do I have any underbody pics on my computer. They're really simple though, just ducts that installs onto rectangular sections cut out underneath the fotglights.

Here's a generic photo from the net, notice the dark patches underneath the foglights to the left a bit:



They always get in the way of the oil filter, I have to unbolt one end of the duct every time I change the oil.

well, i dont have the steelies, with hubcaps. i have the generic 16" enkie wheels, the car i found has the 16 inch steelies, which is why i was asking, i wanted to make sure before i startred taking stuff off of it, that i didnt need. it would suck to go to all that troble just to find out that i have two sets of the same brakes.
