Thanks to Josh for these wheels/Tires.(I believe Tom was the original owner of these and they've floated around the community since!) Bought them like 14 months ago and finally put them on. Powder coated 18" Special wheels in Titanium Metallic.

Need to install the "new" door/fender as shown in this picture! That'll happen later this week.

Worked on rewiring the stereo and installing new amps today. Love the Plug-N-Play PAC LOC that I installed and replaced the original crap spliced in LOC. Got to say the original installer was a "Hack"! All that's left is to clean up and bundle the wiring.

Started on the "Hybrid" interior swap. Installed a set of Light Taupe Special seats today. Thanks to Josh for the great deal on the seats. Swapped out the Slate Center Console/Side Panels along with the Glove Box Door and Drivers Dash Knee Bolster for the Light Taupe Items. Removed the Agate leather Intrepid seats which are now for sale. I've got a complete 300m Taupe/Light Taupe dash and Door panels with California wood trim to go in. The 300m Dark Slate dash and door panels with rears modded for an Intrepid will be for sale after that. Faux carbon fiber trim on those pieces.

After/Now:

Here's the Taupe/Light Taupe dash with real wood trim....ready to go in.

Thanks everyone. Accomplished the stereo rewire and new amp install today. And the start of the "Hybrid" Special Taupe/Light Taupe interior change.

Got some Glossy folding LHS mirrors and door harnesses to install also.

Had new sway bar end links installed front & rear. Finally got rid of that damn "Clunk" up front that's been annoying the hell out of me for the last 5 years.

Great work Ron! Can't wait to see it with the new door panel and gloss mirrors

I would definitely be interested in those modified rear door panels via either trading + cash for my unmodified dark slate ones, or outright buying them from you. Send me a PM if you're interested.

This is what happened to the drivers door about 3 1/2 years ago courtesy of a Hit-N-Run driver that was never caught. The Black R/T was totaled in that along with the neighbors Cobalt.

Working on getting the headrest covers back on...what a PITA!! Need to find some larger plastic bags to get a better seal on the vacuum. Or my mini garage vac just isn't powerful enough. Hate to buy a full size garage vac just to put the covers on. Might have to though.

No Worky tweeters in the Sails so I have to pull the door panels to find out how the the original installer has them wired up. Judging by my experience with the rest of the stereo install wiring...I'll bet they're not even connected or incorrectly wired. FSM says the stock sails in Mid/Infinity I/II are wired in parallel with the lower door speakers. Also need to see if the rear door speakers are hooked up. Stumbled across a bundle of wiring that doesn't appear stock when I was tucking the RCA cables along the right door sill. God only knows what I'll find there!

On another note...I now have plenty of Thump in the trunk thanks to a Blaupunkt 12" sub and Blaupunkt amps. Was playing around with the amp settings today and am pleased with the results.

Thanks but I don't have an air compressor or similar air source. I'll just bite the bullet and buy a $50 "Shop-Vac" and git er done!

Did some seat scrubbing with Mothers Leather Cleaner/Conditioner....love the smell of that stuff. Seats cleaned up nicely!
