I saw a front facia fixture being tested and the new front looks like the G-Force concept car. These fixtures are the measuring system they use to be sure the parts meet the original specifications as the tooling wears. The test room is interesting, they had parts for many new models. One interesting thing is they have a Intrepid front facia. One of the engineers told me they are recalibrating the fixture because new tooling was done for the Intrepid since the old ones were worn out. It looks identical to the 98-2002. Why didn't DC use this opertunity to do a refresh like Pontiac did? Even if the kept the same Lights they could do some work and update the look for very little money. Other tool and die shop just did a new die for the taillights since the tooling was worn out. Again the same design. They did an update on the 300M tail lights 2 years ago. Why not freshen the design when they get a chance?
