This front end knocking has gotten worse, i dont know what it is, me and my rider were trying to figure it out this morning. I think its something with the steering or bushings, he thinks it could be that or some shaft.
Last night i started hearing it more then before, but this morning its gotten really really bad it knocks so hard the car shakes.. im scared to drive it sort of. It seems that when i accelerate the knocking goes away. and when i turn right its REALLY bad. Does anyone have any idea whats going on? and how much its going to cost ( is it worth it to get a new car?)?

since you provided only some things to base this off of.. here we go..

it could be the CV joints going bad, It could be the typical sway bar end links gone bad, it could be inner tierods gone bad..

or some combination there of..
i took it to a specialist.. and it is the CV joints... and i made arrangements to have it fixed on Thursday night. Looks like since i'm going through a friends dad i could be getting it done for very very cheap.. 150ish for the whole job done... which.. that ain't bad  . Since the last posting the knocking has gotten 2x as worse, now it shakes the whole car, it very freighting on freeways..... :fun_84:

thanks for the posts!

Sounds like inner tie rod bushings, just did mine. Before replacing, I thought one of my front wheels were falling off the car. Went from bad to worse in a couple of days. Turned out that the driver side bushing was completely gone. Good "How To" procedure in the How To section. Took me 4 hrs. Make sure you get vacuum hoses, PCV hose before attempting if they haven't been changed before because they are all going to crack and fall apart when you try to pull plenum! I had to bum a ride to the part store to get these after successfully finishing repair. Good luck!
