What does the sticker say under the hood? The Gap issue was for the 3.5L. They went from .50 to .35 after some cold start issues came up. They reprogramed the PCM and set the gap to .35 to resolve those issues. I have a 95 3.5L and the PCM was never reprogramed, and the sticker under the hod say's .50. But for your 3.3L it should be set a .35

ahh too late for me, i did .50 after i saw it in the book. i never got reprogrammed, so my pcm is prolly set for .50. how can i tell what setting my pcm is looking for?

They only reprogrammed the 3.5l.. the 3.3l were fine with what ever is listed on the hood sticker. *I'll check mine when I go out in a little while*

My underhood sticker states .050, and that's what the new plugs are gapped at.
No issues, cold start, or otherwise.
Think that only pertained to the 3.5.

Thats correct, it only pertained to the 3.5L.

my hood sticker says .050 and so did autozone and my haynes manuel. so i gapped mine at .050 on my 95 3.3

We where talking about the .gap change in the 3.5L. But you should go by what the sticker says under your hood like mystery posted above.

Not really why we even got on the "3.5 gap change" issue in the first place.
The O.P. asked for clarification on a 3.3 between .050, and .035.
First response to him was .035, which is incorrect as shown by myself and at least one other.

cool thanks guys. after further investigation, For a Dodge Intrepid 1995 3.3 gasoline the gap is .048-.053. And for For a 1995 3.3 Flexible fuel it is .043-.048
Spark plug for a gasoline is Champion RN14MC5. Spark plug for a flexible fuel is Champion RN12MC4.
