Why should I buy a K&N filter? What’s the advantage of this over a paper type replacement?

-The K&N filter is designed to Increase Horsepower and Acceleration
-It is washable and reusable
-Will NOT Void US Vehicle Warranty
-Emission Legal in all 50 US States
-10 Year / Million Mile Limited Warranty

The K&N drop in filter costs $35-45 and can be cleaned and “recharged” for a couple dollars. This saves you money since the filter is being reused, not thrown away

What K&N Filter fits my car?

K&N direct replacement filter (fits in airbox) fits 2.7, 3.2, 3.5 Part #33-2136

K&N also makes the Aircharger off road kit which is a full replacement for the factory intake tube and airbox. It uses a cone filter, heat shield and custom tube, the only original part that is reused is the bend that connect to the throttle body

2.7 motors use part #57-1523
3.2, 3.5 motors use part #57-1522

Please note that the part #57-1522 listed above will NOT fit 2002 and up 3.5L (HO or otherwise). I've received e-mail correspondence and had someone call to verify this, so don't buy part #57-1522 for a 2002 and up 3.5L. From the email I received from K&N, it implied that they are developing one.
