Piece of cake, honestly, which surprised me, as I expected it to be bad. Mine lasted 'till about 95K, or so, then the engine 'rock' started to look like an E-W GM's...not good.
Also, I'm not convinced the delay introduced by the computer when it retards the spark, when running on sub-89 octane fuel, makes matters better. I can't prove it made ours fail sooner, but if *I* can notice it, the transmission mount sure can! I've since been better off, career-wise, and always have my wife spring for the 'good stuff'. ;-)
I replaced mine a couple of years ago. Don't recall it being too tough a job. You will need a floor jack and a 2X6 block to distribute the weight across the bottom of the tranny pan.
I would love those pictures. I need to replace only one of these, but I plan to replace them all as long as I am under there. How do you get them off?
