I heard that a kid at school got two new leather seats in his LHS due to a TSB. i heard this from a close friend of his. Is or was there one? My bro's 96' could use one drivers side.

A TSB covers repair proceedures. If a problem developes while the car is in warranty then the repair is at no charge. There is no way that Chrysler is going to replace leather or any other type cover on a 96 car. I think I saw a TSB re: seat frames on my Alldata subscription for my 95 LHS but I didn't copy it. In other words, your friend is SOL on the seat and someone was giving you Ca Ca El Toro.

Check the TSB on AllData, it will tell you if it is a factory covered repair.
I took my Vision in for a very bad pull under acceleration. I handed them a copy of the appropriate TSB about shimming the engine mounts. It stated it was covered under warranty and I pointed it out to the service writer. It was fixed and I wasn't charged anything for it.
