I am Considering replacing my 1995 Intrepid with 124,500 miles for a 1996 Intrepid ES with 86,000 miles. I can get it for $3500 with the trade in of my car. I was just wondering if you guys think that this is a good idea. I am heading off to college next year and want a car that will last the 4 years. Thanks
Well my 95 Has the 3.3 and it only has ABS for Options. the 96 has Keyless entry, Traction Cont. The overhead Computer, 3.5L, Power seats, Infinity sound CD, Umm lighted mirrors, Alloy Wheels, Pretty much loaded. It doesnt have a sunroof though.
Decent price, I'd run a CarFax on the VIN though, see what it has been through...I'd also try to haggle them a bit, maybe try to get them down to $2800 or $3000
Well I work At the dealership that the car is at and I wont be working there In the summer and I wanna get it now while i have my discount. And i need to get it as cheaply as Possible Because I will be going to College. And i will need the money for that.
Yeah i bought my 1995 Es for $1000, great exterior interior had some stains and ****, but i rug-doctored it for about 3 hours. pretty clean now, 100,000 miles on it. but its winter so i hope i dont discover any problems with it in the summer when i start driving it...
