after i installed my 4 neon lights (which dont use a lot of power) i blew the cigarette lighter fuse. then the next day the fan didnt work. it came back on a few minutes later. does this have anything to do with the extreme cold (below 0) or do i have an electrical problem. i dont think my neon install had an effect but i dont know much about it. thanks

I don't think there would be a problem with the fan. Usually, the fuses are there to protect the devices in the circuit. Wait, are you talking about the radiator fan or the blower motor in your climate control?
