I have the worst luck with wipers in the world. When i got the car i got new blades but that didnt help any. Then I got new arms to see if that would fix the problem and it helped a bit but not much. So I tried the new Bosch Micro Edge Excel blades. The blades dont seem to lift anymore off the windshield but they still miss some areas of the windshield. I hear you can bend the arms to put more pressure on the windshield. My question is which way do i need to bend them? Should i hold down the blade and pull up on the arm? Or hold down the blade and push down on the arm? Any help would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

Do not bend anything. Do a Google search for Sure Wipe. Sure Wipe is a spring that goes on the wiper arm to put more downward pressure on wiper arms to prevent wipers from lifting. I have used them on other cars and they do work. They cost less than 15 bucks
Make sure to clean the glass with alcohol really well since some films that accumulate on the glass may make your wiper blades seem like they are not touching but its due to the dirty 'film' sticking to the glass.
Well i tried cleaning the windshield with alcohol but that did very little to help with my problem. Also looked for those sure wipe things but couldnt find them at any local store so might have to order them online. Arms and blades are brand new so i think the sure wipe things are my last resort. Maybe i can find some on ebay for cheap
wait, brand new arms and they're still not touching, that's just weird, but if you really want to bend em, bend upward from the cowl and downward near the blade hook
