Is it fine if I just connect and tape the two wires (blue and black, I think) that lead to the fog light to the appropriate wires? I don't have the 'clip' or connector on the passenger side fog, the previous owner must have done something. Drivers side still has the clip.

Just wanted to check if it is ok to do this, I won't encounter any problems will I?

Maybe use a wirenut, or a heat shrink connector as tape can become loose, or brittle and come off over time, and exposure to heat. It would be stronger too. Just a thought.
