I have a '93 Grand Caravan with the 3.3L in addition to my '93 Eagle Vision TSi.

Recently the Caravan started leaking oil from the rear main seal at higher speeds.

Can anyone tell my if it is possible to replace this seal without dropping the transmission?

I'd like to avoid pulling axels and such, just disconnect the engine and tranny mounts and hope I can pull them far enough apart to get a new seal in.

Has anyone done this on the 3.3? Is there enought room/flexibility?

I had to have the seal replaced on my 94 Voyager 3.3. I had a local shop do it for about 400 bucks. I could have done it my self but I don't have the space or time. The transmission does have to come out.
