I need to have all 4 O2 sensors in my car replaced. Would you recommend bringing it into a garage to have this done; or simply ordering the parts offline and doing it myself. I would have someone that has worked on cars before with me, but never replaced O2 sensors. Also, How hard would it be to replace?

Very easy. Basically just as easy as replacing a nut, or a spark plug.

Just make sure you go down to the auto parts store and buy a socket meant for removing O2 sensors. It doesn't cost more than a couple bucks and you'll save yourself the aggrivation of having to splice wires and you'll also save about $100 doing it yourself then letting a garage do it.

:) Great Tip!!!
I've spliced the wires before on an 02 sensor. Didn't realize there was a special socket.
Thought you needed to use a crescent wrench or something but access is usually limited for that.

Thanks....

O2 Sensor warning.
Be careful when spraying anything that contains silicone near your engine when it's running. If you suck any into the intake, it will damage your O2 sensor(s).

I am correct when saying the LHS(94) has 4 O2 sensors right? Also, would it be wise to replace all 4 of them at the same time?

1994 LHS only has two sensors, and it would be best to replace both at the same time, yes.
