ummmmmmm, after Kitchener (1 service centre closer to Sarnia) it's a long lonely drive if I have to go by myself.
Here's my first invitation.........who want's to drive my car??? I NEED someone to drive my car for a bit through the border (can't drive in Michigan :p)

Avenger 03-23-2003, 10:22 AM If ANYONE wants to go but doesn't want to drive their own car, they can drive to my house and we can take my car (I ABSOLUTELY NEED a driver through the border crossing since the state of Michigan doesn't want me DRIVING on their roads :p)

Enigma 03-27-2003, 05:36 PM I'm still here...just haven't checked here in a while...we are still working on finishing the plans. There should be some extra drivers, so worse case someone can take over your car through MI.

SWEET, hopefully there is a GOOD driver :p........I don't necessarily NEED a driver throughout Michigan, but I DO NEED one to cross the border (I think) :p Thanks guys :)

RCE2WIN 04-01-2003, 03:37 PM I'm rolling out Sat. morning, anyone going to be heading through the Ann Arbor area early that morning? I'm thinking we'll leave about 7am...doubt it will take us the Mapquest time. If not, i'll see y'all there. Have to get the radar detector out and ready to go.
Avenger 04-01-2003, 10:15 PM God, I can't roll out before 7:30 from K-W which is about 3 hours from Detroit or 2.5 from Sarnia so no way before 10-11AM :(
Avenger 04-08-2003, 10:19 PM OK, I will be leaving at 7:15AM from Guelph Ontario to Sarnia........where are we meeting in Sarnia. If I don't get a response, I'll just be stopping at the duty free shop parking lot right at the bridge and sleeping until someone wakes me up by banging on my drivers window. What you think of that? :)

Avenger 04-09-2003, 10:24 PM ParStratus, you're not bringing yours??? :D YES, I'd LOVE and NEED a driver for Michigan (or at least part of it), that'd be great.....and I have GMRS radios so you can talk to your buddies or whatever :)
MeanGreen 04-10-2003, 02:24 PM Avenger, there is a stop/pickup at the 402 and Hwy 21 (Forest) just before Sarnia, at a Shell station I think. It is a 25-minute backtrack for me, so I'm planning on meeting with everyone at the Duty free store. I plan on getting to the Duty Free at 10:00 AM. I'll be the green 1st gen :)
ParStratus is really helpful if you want to PM him (from Stratusphere)
