I have to thank the organizers Jim, Michelle, Randy, (who am I leaving out) for another great meet. Thankya, Thankya vera much eh.

It was good meeting with all the old friends and makin new ones. The nine hour drive is worth it, I'll just have to work the next 21 days straight to pay for it. :hehe:

Alot of really nice cars, truck and Jeep most of which have almost every mod/upgrade doable. Congrats to DScruggs, Iggy and Al for their success at the track. Slewis, awesome body-kitted Trep.

Went accross the border checkpoint fine but as I figured Angela would get pulled over for inspection because of the wheels and tires. I followed Angela to the inspection area as proof that I sold her the wheels and that they weren't bought from the U.S. Well after a couple of minutes of goin through everything (and I mean everything) in her car they decided since I was already there they'ld check mine. No problem I thought. I totally forgot about the stuff I bought a month ago on ebay and had sent to Randy's house. Well they see a box in the trunk with packing slips marked ebay and asked why I didn't report it at the booth, well, when I was at the booth they ask did you buy anything while you were down there. Of course I didn't and totally forgot about the ebay stuff I bought before. Anyway, $40 bucks and a while later we finally get to leave. Worse part is now I've been flagged for not reporting. Anyone know how long this stays on your record?

Hum....

This happened to my dad once by accident, he got searched randomly and found that he was supposed to report his floor PTAC model that he hauls around to shows or something, becuase of the hardware installed on it in Canada, anyways they have never let him back through without searching the car now.

Wow, I didn't know you got flagged... :( I also didn't know you didn't have a yellow paper. I would have told you to pull off at the first exit.

When I lived in Windsor, my parent's neighbor's son used to live there too. I used to get rides back to Sarnia with him once in a while.

Anyway, he was flagged for once having been denied entry into the US (he had been bringing some stuff to his sister in New York), and we got pulled over, searched, and had to show like 3 forms of ID AND talk to some supervisor guy EVERY TIME.

This happened until he bought a new car (with new plates).

YB I'll have my mom find out for you how you can get the flag removed.. (she works at the bridge)

Anyway... ya it was a great time in spite of the terrible weather.. at least we had some sun for the track!

It was really fun having Don Scruggs there with us, maybe more 300M guys will represent and show off their beautiful cars.

I remember talking to someone at the track, (can't remember now who it was) and looking over all the cars, saying THIS is why we love LH cars... cause they are so beautiful!!!

And YB, I'm back to my regular ass now ;) ..
