Well nothing! Well besides the basic wash & dry. I'm just hoping that rain is not in the forecast. If it is I'm not wasting my time.

i washed today and was going to wax but i dontthink it needs it but i will be washing again friday, i buffed out the big mark on the side where someone scraped my car driving by, touched up the bumper a bit and mounted my new foglight switch for my fogs that dont work right now thats probably all ill be doing.

Well.......I changed my ECU yesterday and washed the Laser today in case my carpool doesn't work out. I'm ready to whip all of you at the track in the Laser......but I hope I don't have to bring it.

I just washed the car and cleaned the wheels and tires. I wish it would stop being crappy and drizzly outside so I could finish waxing.

LOL you guys crack me up. I probably have well over 100 hours (at least 2-3 months) of work into this car for the show. Other than mods, that includes about 30 hours of careful high-speed rotary buffing (not by me), wheel cleaning with special rim stuff, calipers, and tires scrubbed. Cleaned all parts of the suspension that were showing. De-grease and dressed engine bay, scrubbing my interior carpets and seats, dressing dashboard, um, I even scotch-guarded (needs it anyway)... cleaned all glass... had my windows re-tinted.... touched up some paint, put in some new turn-signal bulbs (clear!)..... polish and wax all paint by hand after it was machine done... I'm telling you this car looked a.m.a.z.i.n.g.... then of course it rained all week. :( she still glows, though. I'm hoping for a trophy! :D

but seriously, if i still had the first gen, i'd probably be putting hours and hours of work into it as well, as i did for the Intl' Meet. There isn't really anything i can do except for a good cleaning, besides mods which i don't want to do - at least not yet. I mean this car still has the dealer plastic on the floorboards up front. The carpet has never even had a foot laid on it, so there is no reason to clean it :D

1.) Tranny Fluid/Filter Change
2.) Wash & Dry
3.) Tire Pressure/Fluid Checks
4.) Pray for NO Rain/Tickets

I'm DAMN nervous! It's been raining ALL day here and hasn't let up a bit. I am gonna get in the garage and get to it here in about an hour or so..... :biggrin: I'm not really gonna do too much detailing. I would like to wash & dry, but the rain won't let that happen! I'll do what I can.

hope you guys packed you Absorber cloths and Shamoi towels....

Just finished up double washing the truck. I will complete the rest in the morning.

I'm still out at my car working on it. I havn't even begun to clean it yet....stupid last minute mods.
