Just picked up a set of 18's and found a really good deal on a set of new 245/40/18's. I know they'll run smaller and the speedo will be off, but i'm wondering how small they will look? Has anybody seen this size run on an intrepid, or better yet, have any pics? thanks

I'm not sure...but I think that's the same size 300M specials use.

Specials run 45 45 tires.

yah 245 45 is the standard size, i'm wondering if 245 40's would look too small or if they would look alright

there's not that much of a difference between the two. It will look fine.

They would be just fine except for the very small speedo error. I run with 255/45 18's, my error, is less then 1%

I have run 245/40/18s. I thought they would look ok but the look started to bug me after a day. I have pics, Ill get them up in a few...
