This is becoming a fucking massive mess for me...The county in which this happened on, the prosecutor is more or less fighting for the drunken fucktard. He was driving something almost as big as a train...a brand new Dodge RAM 2500.
I did post this because of how big the problem is with drunk drivers...Ohio is horrible with it. Get pulled over for a DUI and you get orange plates for a year with driving privelages.
The kid, is facing 2 counts of aggrevated vehicular homicide (one of his passengers wasn't wearing a seat belt) and one count of vehicular assault. He will get to pay both of my insurance carriers (one through work, and auto) and get to pick up my 35 medical bills in the trial case in May. Thanks to the fuckbag, I get to make 10 medical payments (10 institutions total) and my car payment...
The injuries for the victims could be anywhere between cuts and bruises to death...My injuries, the hosital was blown away that I even came through, woke from the coma so quickly, and how well everything is healing...

2 skull fractures (one crack going across face was connected to the busted top plate and busted right eyesocket.)
Bruise on the brain
Lacerated liver
Lacerated and bruised kidney
Left knee severely burned (you could see the patella)
Right ear almost cut off
Bruised heart
Both lungs collapsed AND displaced
I woke from the medically induced coma in 10 days.
In the 17 days I was in the hospital...I lost 50 pounds (was around 170 before the crash)
The s/n, I have a damn good-sized scar goin up my forehead...From the eyebrows to above the hairline. Maybe I should be like Al Pachino in the movie...

Is thereanyone around the midwest Ohio/mideast Indy state selling a Trepid? 3.3L or 3.5L if possible. They are a bitch to find here, and every day I see at least 10 on the road...
