It was a matching numbers car with the 340. I did convert it to a 4 spd, but still kept everything to convert it back to original. All cars came down the assembly line as automatics at that time, if you ordered a 4 spd car they cut a hole in the tunnel and tack welded another tunnel section in. I had all the parts to do it that way. I actually got tired of shifting the thing all the time because I put a heavy clutch in it. I still have it, its just a burnt shell laying out in the weeds. I still plan on pulling the motor out of it as my son wants it.
