As usual, the 300M crew has been nice enough to invite us to participate in their weekend BBQ on the fairgrounds. For $12 a person you can eat and drink as much as you like out there on the show fields for 3 days. The food is spectacular and you'll spend much much more if you try to deal with the vendors all weekend. Check out the details below and get your payments in ASAP!
Weekend BBQ Details:
This year we plan on adding a few things to improve the menu over last year. The cost this year is as follows
Pre-Paid $12 per person
At the Fairgrounds $15 per person
This is a little more then last year to cover the price increase in food and beverage items along with more side dishes and new items as well. Also for those that don't know the $12 or $15 covers Breakfast and Lunch for Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as Soft Drinks and Bottled water. We will not supply any Beer so BYOB.
I am sure this goes with saying but if you are part of the largest 300M/Intrepid party of the year you will need to contribute your part for the BBQ. If you have any questions please give me a call at 443-695-2902

AM Breakfast served around 9am

deli sandwiches...lunch meat, egg salad, tuna salad
peanut butter and jelly
assorted salads ( macaroni, potato)
dinner...on your own ( watch for details about drag racing and dinner after)
Kelly's going to email me a list of who has paid from the site...
I've considered getting on peoples back about this, but hey, I can't babysit these guys about everything. If you wanna spend $50 on food during the weekend then by all means do so. If you'd rather spend $12... the information is above!
Thanks to everyone who have already paid. If everyone else can pay early that would be a big help because we won't have enough food and we would have to go to the store during Carlisle and with all the things we will be doing that would be difficult. If I remember last year $12 would buy you 2 soda's and one hotdog at the vendors.
