Oil Change on an '07 Acura CSX Type-S = Awful
Did an oil change on my sister's '07 Acura CSX Type-S today.......what a friggin pain in the ass. Oil filter is above the passenger side half shaft and there is no way I could see to get a filter wrench or strap wrench on it. I couldn't even figure out how to get my hand in there. Luckily I somehow got my hand in there and it was loose enough that I could turn it by hand.
I'd like to send a big shout out to the last person who put it on there for not tightening it to hell. Thanks for not making this job impossible.
Acura, you should be ashamed of yourselves for putting the filter in that location with no access to it.
Oh and her car has the exact same issue with defective factory rear suspension parts that my '06 Civic has, and Honda will NOT cover it. Her car is a piece of shit, it has 60k miles on it and A/C just broke. So many things wrong with it and it's only 5 years old.
