When I replaced my Trans mount recently with the poly one I had to jack the trans up almost an inch for the new one to fit. The mount had sagged alot to the point it was resting on the bottom. Which was the biggest cause of the clunk when I had that outrageous shifting Prowler TCM in the car.

Same with me. With the prowler TCM it jerked it across that space harshly on shifts.
