I won't say that you owe me, just that these shots were hard to get. I loosened the nut until it was almost off of the bolt so that I could slide the pulley forward and rearward as needed to expose what was on the front side and on the rear side as far as the spacer and the stepped bushing:
First pair: Showing what I have on the front side of the pulley (2nd one is cropped and zoomed to show details more clearly). Answer: Nut and the stepped bushing.
Second pair: Showing what I have on the rear side of the pulley (again, 2nd one is cropped and zoomed to show details more clearly). Answer: The spacer.
What I have is like the sketches you posted on Thursday (and I re-posted the first of those sketches yesterday) showing . . . tadda! . . . nut and stepped bushing on front side, spacer on rear side.
Anything left to discuss on this?

this is sooo strange .....then why the idle pulley dont align with t the other pulleys...

Perhaps someone changed the mounting of the idler pulley bracket (moved it forward) sometime in the past. Since everything appears OK with the spacer and bushing opposite, go with that - just make sure that all the other pulleys are in line with each other.

peva did youlook at the last pictures i post????? everything looks ok ....
i can change the spacer for a smaller spacer so it can align right having the bushing in front and spacer in the back...

What's the harm in having the spacer in front and the bushing in back if it lines up right (though it would be nice to know why yours lines up differently)?

i know it wont harm anything ... i yesterday i went with family to south paddre island 2 hour trip.... and everything was ok... but i am curious to know why the pulley does not align correctly with the right setup....

You're there and can see it - we're not and can't. I mentioned that the idler pulley bracket could have been spaced out by washers or something - perhaps the alternator or p.s. pump pulley is out of plane with the others (alternator or p.s. pump mounted wrong?).

8 months ago the mechanic change alternator and ps pump .. but i dont see anything ... i try too post pictures from the bottom see if that helps determine if pulley is not align
