Upped my "No Mo Fat-Azz" exercise plan from 1.5 miles walking per day to 2.0 miles. So far so good. I'll up it to 2.5 miles next week after the Shindig meet!

Jeez! If you ever have to return a Seagate hard drive under warranty..it'll take a month before you actually get a replacement. Filed online July 16th for a warranty claim. Sent the defective drive out on July 17th Priority mail to TX and just getting an email today that they received the defective drive and it's under warranty. No word yet on when the replacement ships yet! Bass-Turds!

Set off on my 2 mile walk this morning. Sky was darkening up as I left the apartment. No big deal..thought I could make it back in time before any weather hit. Wrong! On the way back about 1/2 mile to go...thunderstorm. Got within a couple of hundred yards of the house and lightning struck probably less than a 1/8 mile away. Talk about ass-pucker city!! Moral of the story....don't screw around outside in a thunderstorm!!

My father, brother and I are avid storm watchers. When we are all home we usually sit in the garage with our lawn chairs with the garage door open watching the lightning and strom roll through. There was a wicked storm coming thru on a late Saturday night and my Dad said let's not watch this one from the garage it seems bad. Well, I dragged my Dad (my brother was in Indiana at the time) to the garage and we set up the chairs. Well, we were just talking and the way our garage is set up we can see the storm roll though from the west to the east. In the distance, about .5 miles there is a small pond and out of nowhere a huge burst of light came down and instantly we could feel the heat like we were hit with a huge ray gun or something of that sort. Both my Dad and I stood up and said WTF! After 30 seconds we started to smell something and to my science and labortory accustomed nose it smelled of pure sulfur. It was a scary feeling and it just felt weird, we closed the garage door and went inside for the rest of the storm and power did go out a few minutes after. That's the closest I have been to a lightning strike.

Another plethora of PCs and PC Components coming up in the near future! I predict excellent prices on these items!

Thinking about a dual walk regimen when I get back from the LX Shindig this weekend? 2 miles in the AM and 2 miles in the PM. We're not talking about a slow mosey walk either....a fast pace. What do you think?

Enjoy the show - Let them learn them how a real SRT-8 looks. I'm soo tired of seeing LX's with 22's and chromed out.

Will do Squill. Got the camera packed along with plenty of batteries and the charger. Friday night will be drag racing at a local track. I'll just be spectating....no participation with the SRT. Saturday is the show. An indoor air conditioned meet! After that some people will be heading to a I guess semi-famous race track where some recent Dodge commercials were filmed and you'll be able to take some laps on the track with your own car. Looking forward to all of it.
I'm not turning my back on the LH Crew! Just expanding my horizons! Afterall I have both LH and LX cars!

LOL! I'll bet there will be some really nasty LX cars there. Just saw some posts about twin-turbos pumping out 850+ rwhp on LXForums.
It's pretty entertaining to see the LX SE/SXT with giant wheels. Just like a bunch of foos with Intrepid SE's with giant wheels. Can't get out of their own way.
