I have 98 3.5 i just bought for 600$ and it had no keys so i had one made and the started up for 2 seconds and it shut down so the guy that made the key said it needed a chip so i went to the dealer they said it didnt have one. so im at the dealer wit the car and im trtying to stater it and i here a clicking by the fuse panel and so the car starts up then shuts down and the clicking is still going. i get out of the car and park lights a blinking. so i jump back in the car and try to start again and nothing happens. checked all the fuses under and in side the car so i dont knw i need help

Sounds like there is an aftermarket alarm installed. I recommend having it removed.
