Went and done it again...
So, it was time for a new (read, new to me) car this year....so I spent a little time with the interwebs, and found me a new baby.....now I got lots of projects to play around with.
First the car:
97 Vision ESi, with a 3.5l and only 89k on it....yeah, you heard me...15 years old, and less than 90k! Heres the BIG kicker. I bought it from the ORIGINAL owner. Nicest old (relative to me) lady I've ever met...and I swear, I LOVE that woman! She really took care of it!
Projects to come? Wanna find a nice set of rims for it. (I went out a salvaging today, and got me 4 steelies) Gotta pull a VERY small dent out of the right front 1/4 panel, and replace a couple trim screws on the rear of the R/F wheel well. I think I'm gonna try to de-oxidize the paint on her, across the hood/roof/deck are pretty bad. I think she might need an alignment. (haven't put but about 25 miles on her yet.)
Heres the OTHER kicker......I went through all the paperwork with the car....and I have the ORIGINAL window sticker! (I also had all their paperwork for delivery of the car too!)
That was an amazing find. So to Vicki and Sam....you know who you are....THANK YOU....I absolutely LOVE this car!
All that for 1300 bucks.....I almost felt giddy driving it home last night!

I agree with the guys, post some pictures!
Its not often you see another person with an Eagle. I've got a '95 TSi myself.
