Not enough to offer and difference in tire wear unless something is bent. Talking maybe .1 or .2 degrees and you would have to force it. Also in the grand scheme of things Toe also effect Camber to an extent as well.
This is coming from some one who has done many alignments on many LH cars including lowered ones. Best way to get any front camber adjustment is the camber kit bolts.
