I have found some additional pulleys that can be used in this application.
Powermaster makes OD pulleys that Jeg's now carries.
The one I went with for my newly rebuilt Police Alternator is:
713-115 - 49mm, Natural Finish OD Serpentine Pulley $7.99 @ Jegs
