Franqstar- it sounds great. Especially since I've ported from the trunk through the rear arm rest.

Jinsuko- it can be done the way you want but I see it as being redundant. What the point of building a box (for the subs) inside a box (the trunk)? What would be easiest for you (it sounds like TO ME) would be to look into getting some 6x9's components and put the subs in the rear deck and the tweeters in the rear pillars. You could also put components in the front doors (like me) and run the tweeters up the a-pillars or throw em in the sails if you got some. Then get you some NICE QUALITY 4" speakers for the front deck. This all depends on your wallet size.

Lots of options for exhaust - none of them bolt on, and IMO none of them worth it when you consider how good factory exhaust on these are... especially the 3.5. I do know that guys end up buying the Camero flowmaster and replacing the suitecase muffler with it. I don't know if there are many videos of it, but that is the direction I'd go.

You might explore youtube to see what you can find for options.

I can say that in the second gen world, and no reason 1st gen would sound any different (just pipe routing would be different) is to use two glasspacks near the front, and then two turbo mufflers near the rear, in the 2 or 2.25 diameter range, on true duals. Take the center cat on your car, put a large well made "Y" backwards right after it (or modify the cat for dual output - just DO NOT REMOVE THE CAT), and then plumb duals from there back.

I have a magnaflow 2-in 2-out where the cat was and 2.5" straight pipes out the back into tips. Check on youtube for dj_pappasmurf racing and you can hear my intrpeid. I've had people tell mee that my exhaust setup sounds like a beefed up 350Z

I like the wheels you picked out. As long as the wheels are DOT certified, I can't see any con to getting any wheel as long as you like them and can afford to put rubber on them... If they fit right, go for it.

The rims are from a reputable site and have been making like thirty years...I'll check though.

Okay...From what I've read...The only things that make them certified is the name of the maker on the wheel somewhere, and the load limit...Other than that, there aren't any aftermarket rims that are really DOT certified...Can you find any other info on this anyone? If it helps, the rims are made by Milanni, and are Shockwaves with black gloss finish...

Perhaps they aren't a DOT certified thing. Hrrrrm... I just kinda guessed they would be some sort of safety certified, but I could be wrong.

Also...Are Nexen tires any good? I was gonna get a set with the seventeen inch rims...if they are decent I'll go ahead and get them, otherwise I'll get the rims and save up for the tires..I mean, I could just get a set of Kumho Ecstas instead..
