The role of frost plugs is to be the weak link in the side of the block if your coolant freezes... But they almost never pop out when water freezes in the blocks (I work I'm the boating industry where antifreeze isn't used most of the time).
I kinda wonder if the frost plugs don't serve a purpose in the casting process in manufacturing more so than in freeze protection.

What a great news !
Have you please a photo where we can see those plugs? It could be easier to locate it.
Did I have to remove something to get access to those plugs?

Smaller bulb kinda like a "parking" lamp inside the headlight. Almost a "accent" lighting really.
Also, nice vision! Looks well taken care of!
Far as the whole block draining bit, removing the lower rad hose will drain atleast 70-80% of coolant from the car. The only thing that does not get drained well is the heater core.
Also, ever need any parts you can't find over there let me know. I shipped basically a new engine to Moscow for a fellow engine owner already!

I'll take you a photo of the leveler. May you'll have to remind me, I'll certainly forget to do so!
Is the lower radiator hose the lower point in the whole system?
I am indeed searching some parts : a authentic new Mopar antenna mast, and some interior stuff. Do you have it?
Today, my Vision got new tyres, some Kenda KR10 !

Lower hose is pretty much lowest point and quickest to drain.
Just make a list of what you need and I'll try to give ya a price/shipping list back!

That is one really nice Vision! Good Tires, and It has a headlight aiming symbol under hood, next you have those tubes coming off of the back of the headlights, by far the most Interesting LH car I have yet to find!! Very nice interior BTW!!

My neighbor's car is a crappy french one, a Renault Clio with a diesel engine. You can have a look on this wiki.
I really don't like french cars...
Here are some news : my radiator drain cock is broken, it is leaking. I am not sure that my Chrysler dealer could sell me a new one, and the Vision must be finished on the 1st December, beacause my father will need it for a month to go to work. So, if Chrysler can't sell me a new drain cock, how can I do?

I'll send you one from the states if you want, I don't know how long it will take to get there though.

You are not alone, we don't like French cars here either. Renault sold a few cars over here under a few different makers labels, for example there was a Pontiac, and also Renault itself.

Thank you, but I think it will take more than 1 week... :( I am going to try asking my Chrysler dealer on Monday, and I hope they'll be able to get it quickly.
Here are some news : I've done some tests, and I've seen something strange : water goes out from the bleeder valve only if the reserve tank is fully filled, if I fill it until level reaches the "cold fill line", nothing goes out from the bleeder.
Is that normal?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Clio Fixed that link.
I would have to check, but I don't think my car does that, but I usually fill it to the top anyways.
Je dois vérifier, mais je ne pense pas que ma voiture fait cela, mais j'ai généralement le remplir vers le haut de toute façon.

Sounds about right. You might try dropping the drivers side of the car down from the jack stands and bleeding that way.
But yes, I would expect the car to only bleed coolant if filling beyond the cold mark.

Hello everyone !
So, I have to fully fill the tank to bleed? And then I have to empty the tank until the level is on the cold fill level, is that right?
I went to my Chrysler dealer this morning, and normally I'll receive the radiator drain plug on Wednesday. I've also bought the reserve tank cap (i.e. the one which controls the presure).

I've never re-drained the tank to bring it down to cold, personally. If the system needs to, it will burp.
