I hear sledge hammers are relatively inexpensive and quite satisfying.

...as long as those goals do not involve a steering rack, or rack bushings.

How many attending members would want a shorter factory antenna? If there is interest, either I can make them before hand and bring them for $5.00 each or we can set up a cut-off wheel at Dan's, then drill the round ball ending piece larger to suit.
I can get the factory antenna's at the local yard for $4.00 and modify them at work...
Let me know your thoughts.

Well with the new year my work schedule looks set and I'm all clear. Add my name to the list, I don't foresee any further complications stopping me from coming.
Now the question is where to stay. What kind of hotels are near by? I have some family in the area, but I wouldn't mind being able to come and go at bizarre hours without bothering any of them.

So for the meet Dan would you mind taking a peek at my car? I don't want to put you to work but I've wanted someone I trust to take a look (just a visual inspection) at my steering and suspension. College roads were pretty rough on the car and it doesn't feel completely right, but not terrible or anything.
I'm slowly getting all the wear and tear fixed now that I'm not a poor student. Brakes are good to go finally, steering is the next priority along with EVAP core that has been sitting in a box for a couple years waiting for me to get off my butt.

I'd be willing to help with the EVAP change out.
(I need to see how these come apart before I need to do my own.)
