Cool! I would never think of a beer cooler as a sandblaster.

Now you got me thinking how i will use the paper clips and bubble gum lol.
I have no space in my shop for anything else so this will live in the Florida room.

Got the plywood top cut and the plexi-glass window roughed in today,
The plexi-glass started life off as a golf cart windshield that was in very bad shape untill i polished it up.
The plexi-glass will be cut to a one inch overlap and a rubber seal made from a bicycle inner tube will go in between.

You should get some clear bra material to put on it to protect it from the sand. That way you don't have to keep polishing it you just change out the bra.

I picked some up off ebay for pretty cheap. I've put it on a couple sets of polished lights and it's held up well.

I might just have to make one of these for myself. I have a snowmobile that I'll be rebuilding from the frame up and I want to blast and paint some parts. What are you doing for gloves?

Before i got the beer cooler my original idea was to use a large Rubbermaid storage bin for the cabinet
Im going to home Depot to see what they have for gloves that will be long enough.

Well after racking my brain trying to figure out how i am going to easily remove and replace the lid i found these on eBay that i think will work nicely.
Also got the foam rubber seal installed on the top edge of the cooler and the rubber seal between the plexi-glass and wood top done,
Pics tomorrow got to dark to take any good ones today.
