yuou might be suprised when the shodow was out that was when performance had a name "shelby" now the shelby CSX may have had those rotors i dunno without digging out tmy FWD mopar stuff. I know when it came to my GLHS there were alot of specialty parts on it. and my VNT had some big ass brakes but i never measured em LOL ok im rambling please forgive me nyquil is workin
You remember the size of wheels on that Shadow? for 14" rotors and big calipers you're looking at 18" to 19" wheels minimum, another rare thing back then.
BTW, here're some info I found on Allpar about the CSX:
Hey RJ, anyway you can take some pics of the brake cooling ducting on your car or do you know where I can find pics of it?
Don't have my digital camera with me, nor do I have any underbody pics on my computer. They're really simple though, just ducts that installs onto rectangular sections cut out underneath the fotglights.
Here's a generic photo from the net, notice the dark patches underneath the foglights to the left a bit:
They always get in the way of the oil filter, I have to unbolt one end of the duct every time I change the oil.
well, i dont have the steelies, with hubcaps. i have the generic 16" enkie wheels, the car i found has the 16 inch steelies, which is why i was asking, i wanted to make sure before i startred taking stuff off of it, that i didnt need. it would suck to go to all that troble just to find out that i have two sets of the same brakes.
