Yup, you would need the immobiliser bypass module though, or the 'quick and dirty' way is to get a SKIM key that's programmed for your car, cut the blade off or remove the transponder chip from the head of the key and glue it inside the ignition cover next to the SKIM pickup coil.
The downside of the 'quick and dirty' method is you would lose the memory functions of seat etc since the active transponder wouldn't change with regards the SKIM unit.
