I could host a Columbus meet at some point. On one hand I have a couple spare bedrooms and three couches to sleep on for people along with a hot tub at my house. I do have air tools and a garage for those interested.
On the other hand I also have my own TKD school that is 20 minutes from my house. I'm personal friends with the owner of the building (and I work for him on the side too) and we could use the whole place. The parking lot isn't shared with anyone else so it's all ours. I also have tons of space inside, including a projector room with a ~300" screen on the wall with a 1080p projector mounted to the ceiling. I don't have Saturday classes so we could camp out all day and do whatever we want up there, including drink as long as everyone has driving figured out so we're safe.

The board is in the same state, I'm in communication with the manufacturer figuring out the problem. I rigged up sound that worked surprisingly well. I hooked the 6.5" speaker's amp directly to the headphone out of the computer. I could get pretty good volume safely running them full range after tweaking the settings on the amp.
