Well, OTIS is in and fully working, all interior lights are working, the sun visors are in and lighting, the auto mirror is in and working. Time to head to the 'for sale' section in a bit and advertise the old bits because other than being basic they are immaculate.

My goal is to have the mods look like they were always there. So far so good. I posted a full version of the story and how I got the OTIS installed down in the 2nd gen section. Listed the old bits I took off in the 'for sale' section though I haven't listed prices - I figure if someone wants the bits they will be more use to them than me and whatever they offer is better than just having them lying around.

With a little luck it won't be my engine swap, the garage that fitted the 2.7 before it was given to my wife put a 12 month warranty on it. So far they have had to replace all the timing gear and the engine has a nice tapping sound under acceleration plus is drinking oil so I'm hoping it will be their job to do the swap.

Until that warranty is out I'm staying hands off the engine where possible, just checking fluid levels and topping up as necessary heh. Anything breaks and it's the garage's problem until I have to start paying for the work
