I forgot to answer this one, so sorry. The splitter is made from a sheet of 1/8 aluminum. I would love to have run carbon fiber but I could not find a sheet to make from.

Question for you. where did you find the wiper cowl cover?? I wanted to get one for my car and every search sent me to a 'universal fit' for the second gen intrepid. I like the way it cleans up the lines of the car.
Also, Gorgeous gorgeous car!!! I hope someday mine is half the quality of yours!!
